POLICIES:
All of our Cleaning Technicians are bonded, insured and covered under Workers' Compensation for your protection.
We value the business of each and every client so we actually block out a designated day for your clean in our cleaning schedule. Should you need to cancel services we do ask for a thirty-day notice. If you need to skip a clean we ask for a three business day notice so that we may replace that clean. Without proper notice, we will charge a 1/2 price skip clean fee. We develop a partnership and know that you count on us and we need to be able to count on you.
SAFETY:
We, at all times, maintain safety for our cleaning technicians. We do not allow them to move heavy furniture (anything over 30 lbs.) or climb ladders. Although we do carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance on all of our employees, it would cause hardship all the way around if they were injured and unable to work.
We only allow our cleaning technicians to use chemicals that are approved and used by our company. If you should have a product that you prefer they use please call the office to make arrangements but please understand that if it is not one of our products we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by that chemical.
